WORK/ PLAY: MODI Double Wall

Most families need a balance between Work and Play, especially when parents want to be close to their small children.  This apartment was wasting space at the foyer of the program of the apartment.

MODI, organized as a Double Wall Solution, was designed to divide space but still provide accessible on all its surfaces. 

• kitchen and living room storage
• built-in bar and entertainment area
• Foyer storage and bench/mirror for entrance
• Library, desks, office storage and children seating area with craft storage

MODI creates the order and separation that gives the children a designed place to play in their craft area while the parents are working at their computers.

In the evening it provides a lively entertainment area facing the living room and kitchen, becoming a large part of the public space, ultimately establishing a healthier environment for the family.
